By accessing or using the AI Champions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

AI Champions provides AI consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• AI strategy consulting and implementation
• Proof of Concept (POC) development
• Custom AI solution development
• AI training and education
• Access to our community and resources

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

The AI Champions website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Champions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

For custom development work, intellectual property rights will be defined in individual project agreements.

5. Consultancy Services

Project Agreements

All consultancy engagements will be governed by separate project agreements that outline specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

Minimum Project Value

Our consultancy services have a minimum project value of USD $10,000 to ensure we can dedicate appropriate resources to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business information shared during consultancy engagements. We commit to maintaining confidentiality of your proprietary information and will execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Champions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Loss of business opportunities
• Costs of procurement of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Champions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

For consultancy engagements, termination procedures will be defined in individual project agreements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
