About This Role

We sought a strategic Product Manager to drive the vision and roadmap for our AI product suite. This role was the bridge between business needs and technical capabilities, requiring someone who could deeply understand both customer pain points and the possibilities of modern AI.

You would have owned the product lifecycle for AI-powered solutions used by major airlines and enterprise clients worldwide, from discovery through launch and iteration.

What You Would Do

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI solutions serving the travel industry
  • Conduct customer research, interviews, and market analysis to identify high-impact opportunities
  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering teams
  • Prioritize features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams on feature development and technical trade-offs
  • Analyze competitive landscape and emerging AI capabilities to inform strategy
  • Drive product launches including go-to-market strategies, documentation, and training
  • Define success metrics and analyze product performance using data-driven approaches
  • Present product updates and roadmap to stakeholders and clients

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical applications
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Track record of shipping successful products

Nice to Have

  • Experience in travel, airline, or hospitality industry
  • Technical background (engineering degree or coding experience)
  • Experience with AI/ML product development
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles
