AI Tester and Project Manager

About This Role

Join our growing team as an AI Tester and Project Manager. You'll own the delivery of our AI products for airline clients — testing that what we build works, running it through UAT, and taking it all the way to launch. You'll start in QA and testing (UAT) and grow into a Project Manager who owns delivery end-to-end.

This is a process, ownership, and communication role — not a programming one. We value sharp thinking, drive, and attention to detail over a specific technical background, so recent graduates from Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Economics, Languages, and similar fields are welcome. And because we're an AI company, you'll do the work with AI — running testing and project management with AI agents as your leverage — and grow fluent in applied AI along the way.

This is an on-site position after an initial remote period, requiring relocation to the Caribbean region. We provide full relocation support. We move fast and ship in weeks, not months. You'll learn by doing real work on AI products real airlines run in production.

What You'll Do

• Own testing (UAT) on real airline AI products: write test plans, triage client feedback, verify fixes, and track everything to sign-off
• Drive every delivery to the finish line — chase blockers, keep the delivery boards up to date, and feed the weekly delivery review
• Turn agreed requirements from our client-facing team into clear specs the engineers can build
• Use (and help build) AI tools that automate the testing and project-management work
• Grow into a Project Manager who owns delivery end-to-end

Requirements

• Fast, sharp, and proactive — you take ownership and drive things to done without waiting to be told
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal (non-negotiable — you'll work with our client-facing team and engineers in English)
• A real track record of driving something hard all the way to done
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
• Comfortable working with people — you coordinate with our client-facing team and engineers and keep things moving without friction
• Genuinely curious about AI — you already use tools like ChatGPT or Claude
• Willing and able to relocate to the Caribbean region
• Available 60+ hours/week (this is a high-intensity role)
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Economics, Languages, or a related field (recent graduates welcome; no programming required)

Nice to Have

• Top of your class, or a competition / olympiad in any field
• Tutoring or teaching experience
• Any exposure to software, testing, or project coordination
• You've already used AI to automate something in your own life or studies
• Startup mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
