AI Engineer (Junior)

About This Role

Join our growing team as a Junior AI Engineer. You will work on cutting-edge AI projects for airline clients, building agents and automation solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with strong technical aptitude who want to grow into AI engineering. This is an on-site position requiring relocation to the Caribbean region. We provide full relocation support.

We move fast and ship in weeks, not months. You'll work directly with the founder and learn by doing real work for real clients.

What You'll Do

• Build AI agents and automation solutions for airline clients
• Create benchmarks and evaluation frameworks for AI systems
• Develop internal tools and AI frameworks
• Work with large language models (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Write clean, well-documented code
• Explore new opportunities - the AI world is wide open and we're building everywhere

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybernetics, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
• Strong programming fundamentals (any language - we value problem-solving skills over specific tech stacks)
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willing and able to relocate to the Caribbean region
• Available 60+ hours/week (this is a high-intensity role)
• Fast learner with high technical aptitude
• Team player with good communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Knowledge of Python, TypeScript, React, or Node.js
• Previous internship or project experience
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development
• Vibe coding experience (Cursor, Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development)
• Startup mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
